Alex's love of travel to wild and remote places, visiting tribes and far off corners of the world shines through in her work. Alex lives in Worcestershire with her husband Phil and their husky Alffie.

Alex was born in 1970 in the West Midlands and was given her first camera at the age of 8. A little different to the camera she uses now, the panoramic photos were shot on her Hasselblad Xpan II, whilst all other work was shot with a Canon 1DS MarkII and she has a selection of Canon professional lenses to go with it.
She has spent 20 years working within the television industry for the likes of the BBC and ITV, and has also had her work published in a variety of magazines from Professional Photographer to Vogue and a myriad in between.
Alex shoots about 30 weddings a year, plus portraits of people and their animal friends. Jewellery photography is also something that she has been doing for a decade now, with a wide range of clients up and down the British Isles.
Alex says - Wedding Photography is great fun, I really love what I do, it's a wonderful opportunity to get some fabulous images of the couples speacial day. I like to create a fun and relaxed atmosphere so that the couple enjoy having their photo taken, but also a lot of the time I remain in the background capturing the magical moments that are often missed. It's about capturing the moments that will be looked back on and treasured for many years to come.
Alex has travelled to over 100 countries around the globe and also has her PADI Open Water certificate so that the photography now moves to the depths below, opening up a whole new world. "I love travel and landscape photography, seeing new places, meeting new people and having new adventures along the way".
